Community Housing Improvement Initiative

SCRC provides grants up to $2,500 to home owners to complete exterior repairs to improve property appearance and safety. Rental properties are eligible; however, rental grants are to a max. of $1,000 and require a matching contribution from the property owner.                                                                                    

Application intake starts May 1^st with work to be completed by October 31^st. Forms are available at our office, by email or online.
